AI Disclaimer

Pivot Companion uses AI to power the AI Coach, Strength Map analysis, appeal-letter drafting, escalation-letter drafting, and parts of Claim Assist. This page explains what those features are designed to do, what they will not do, and how to use them safely.

    1. What AI helps with

    • Educational guidance about the job-loss recovery process.
    • Drafts of letters, scripts, résumé feedback, and interview questions.
    • Checklists, comparisons, and questions to bring to a qualified professional.
    • Summaries of your situation and prioritized next steps.

    2. What AI does not do

    • It does not provide legal, tax, financial, healthcare, or definitive benefits-eligibility advice.
    • It does not guarantee any outcome — including benefits approval, payment amounts, or hiring.
    • It does not act as your representative with any agency, employer, lender, or court.
    • It does not submit any application, claim, or appeal on your behalf.
    • It will not recommend misrepresenting information on any application or claim.
    • It does not provide medical, psychiatric, or mental-health treatment advice. If you are in crisis, please reach out to emergency services or a crisis line (988 in the US/Canada).

    3. Accuracy and your responsibility

AI output can be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. Always review information carefully before relying on it, sending it to a third party, or including it in an official application. You remain fully responsible for the accuracy of any material you submit to an agency, employer, or other recipient.

    4. Privacy

Inputs you send to AI features are processed by our AI providers (currently Google Gemini and OpenAI, via the Lovable AI Gateway) only to generate the response. We do not use your personal data to train AI models. See the Privacy Notice for details.

    5. Reporting issues

If you encounter an unsafe, inaccurate, or harmful AI response, please report it to info@ozaspro.com.
